The Head of Revenue will be responsible for building and managing a team of highly motivated sellers. Responsibilities : -
Be on the street and in client calls with your team 85% of the time this role is for people that love to sell, and love to close.
Lead consultative and technical sales process in the area of Trade & Consumer Marketing, Data & Insights, and Media (including programmatic) solutions for enterprise and SMB clients.
Work to provide the best possible experience & results for our clients, making the company the marketing, media and data services platform of choice in Mexico.
Requirements : - Bachelor s Degree. - 12 to 15 years of work experience in sales organization. - Digital, programmatic, technology, SaaS is a big, big plus.
A track record of building, leading and developing a high performing team. - Experience in managing a tight sales process, pipeline, and forecasting.
Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Exceptional business judgement and critical thinking skills. - Strong leadership and people management skills - you will set the tone for your team and broader teams in the region;
driving towards results while also being empathetic towards their challenges - EQ is a must-have. - Disciplined organizational skills : you’ll need to prioritize and manage a series of ongoing processes and projects simultaneously.
The ability to create and drive strategy but also roll up your sleeves and be proactive we all work hard.
