The purpose of the Inside Sales Team is to provide a consultative conversation with Accountants and Resellers to maximize every interaction for QuickBooks product - guaranteeing right fit for customers need.
This role will challenge you to think bolder, move faster, and have a big impact on the success of Quickbooks in Mexico.
What you'll bring
Four years of consultative Telesales experience in Enterprise software sales
Two years in a sales management role
Experience selling through indirect acquisition channels.
Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and sales process. Previous experience in a software as a service (Saas) company is desired.
Strategic, innovative, and analytical / data-driven mindset to accurately read market trends and set sales forecast
Exceptional leadership skills. Fosters an environment that encourages constructive debate leading to better outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations, and a polished presenter.
Demonstrates high degree of initiative and self-management.
Organized, self-starter, high achiever, team contributor
Accounting or Financial industry experience a plus
How you will lead
Define and execute Sales strategies, including communicating goals, tracking performance, and striving to constantly improve outcomes
Partner with Peers, Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success, Experience Design and Product - optimizing the cross-team relationships to drive outcomes
Support the execution of multi-year sales strategy in partnership with leadership team, including contributing to creation of short- and long-term strategic objectives
Grow incremental sales through management of sales incentives / contests and contingency levers
Managing day-to-day operations - inbound and outbound sales processes
Provide continuous support, sales coaching and training that builds skill of all team members
Collaborate across Intuit to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement
Quickly test new ideas, using our Innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
Lead organization through change as required and help the team respond to change
Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve or triage
