Position Description :

This position works closely with the North America Sales team (primarilyInside Sales) in support of forecast pipeline, order load, backlog managementand ship date communication.

Also works closely with GSC plant executionteams to work problem orders that are end of life, require BOM changes to getorders to ship timely.

This is also an advocate role to identify any processor tool problems impacting customer satisfcation and serviceability to helpdrive internal improvements that will "WoW" our customers.

Candidate must bevery organized to handle multiple requests, Responsive to follow up timely onmany orders that are in process at same time and be very comfortable andadaptable with ambiguity.

Position Requirements : Strong SAP knowledge

Strong SAP knowledge

Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, working multiple spreadsheets)

Excellent Communication in English (verbal & written)

Cross Functional Experience a plus

Strong Analytical skills; facts and data driven

Presentation skills (often at Executive level)

Organized with excellent follow up and response
