This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years engineering experience with Motion Controllers, Servos, PLC's, Controllers and Robotics engineering experience.
Customer satisfaction and retention across Mexico, Canada and the United States via telephone, email and on-site visits are the focus of this highly visible team.
Experience with Industrial Automation products is required along with experience using metrics, MBOs and KPIs to measure success.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervise Tech support queues in order to have KPIs based on metrics with percentage of abandon calls, average wait time, open vs close close.
Manage Other time and schedule by day-week-Month with Tech Support Agents
Coordinate Sales Opportunities(Quotes) that have origin in calls or emails
Implement plan to have continuous and developments training with Tech support specialist Talent development
Participation with Marketing to offer tech support with new or obsolete products.
Indirect Management of local Office Staff Bachelor Degree : Electrical Engineer2+ years of experience with industrial automation productsUp to 40% travel Fluent English
