Lenovo is inviting you to bring your expertise, skill set and positiveattitude as an Associate Customer Ops Specialist, and be a pillar of theLenovo Customer Experience.
In this position you will be able to expand your analytical, networking andoperational skills by assisting in creating and handling sales quotes forpotential Data Center deals.
You will interact (constantly, but not exclusively) with the Sales, Orderentry, Credit, and AR teams to solve operational roadblocks and ensure thatthe quotes get converted into sales orders.
Additionally you will be asked to participate and / or lead projects thatbring improvement to the operation, as well as maintain one or severalactivity reports.
Position Requirements :
Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish, will support Brazil Region
French (Intermedium level - Oral)
This position has permanent contact with teams located in North America.Besides, part of the interview will be conducted in English.
