The maintenance supervisor will be responsible to manage maintenance technical team under your responsibility and assigned resources to department.

The general objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation and keeping their maintenance up to date through the correct execution of the planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, analyze the root cause and he should supervision all activities their technicians.

The leader must also ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and / or Department.


  • Responsible to execute the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of the best way
  • Responsible to lead projects to improve of the cells.
  • Follow up to maintenance system based on CRM conditions.
  • Creating a team working in order to analyses issues in the equipment.
  • Constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, taking into consideration the improve and activities in the GTI.
  • Ensure compliance with the department's KPIs.
  • Involvement in new projects, to ensure the correct selection, installation and commissioning of equipment or processes.
  • Ensure the execution of TPM in critical plant equipment.
  • Creation of metrics to measure the performance of his team, regarding with the indicators of the department.
  • Responsible for keeping documentation updated and safeguarded, such as : diagrams, drawings, isometric, schematics, technical drawings, manuals and everything related to any equipment and processes.
  • Keep constant communication with the maintenance planner, to ensure that the plans are kept updated and documented.
  • Ensure critical spare parts in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the department's 5's program.
  • Determine the technical profile of the team and develop a training program for them.
  • Make sure correct follow up to the safety program.
  • Act as back up of the area coordinator when specified.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance, Industrial Engineer, Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Engineering in order to the area of maintenance, Industrial Engineer, Maintenance, Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic.
