Job Responsibilities :
Supports the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all projects assigned Communicates effectively with program / project managers to deliver the best solution for the client Identify top prospects and key contacts and generate qualified leads that will result in new clients and additional business with existing clients Works closely with the client to meet all proposed project performance expectations Manages and conducts quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data Benchmarking, business process reengineering, change management, supply chain management, metrics collection and statistical analysis, logistics strategy, demand planning, and inventory management Best practices in supply chain, business case analysis, business planning, data modeling, and strategic planning Utilizes CGN best practices and practitioner guidelines to deliver high-quality, branded serviceEducation & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related degree.
Master’s degree preferred At least 6-10 years' of professional experience is requiredSkills :
Knowledge or experience in operations, procurement, project management, inventory management, demand planning, material flow, supply chain planning and product lifecycle management is preferred.
Knowledge of supply chain in a manufacturing environment is a plus (S&OP, Capacity Analysis, Inventory Rationalization, Supplier Quality) Process Simulation Tools, Process Mapping Tools, value-stream mapping, DMAIC, etc.
Possess technical and analytical skills with focus on data analysis and decision support toolsThe following skills are beneficial for success at CGN :
