Recently established in Mexico, the Novartis Global Service Centre delivers a broad variety of services including scientific and commercial services (known as Product Lifecycle Services), Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations, IT, HR Operations and Procurement to the Novartis divisions and organizations worldwide.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for passionate, experienced high-calibre candidates to join our international team.

Act as the primary point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met.

  • Introduce / deliver enterprise end-user IT services / solutions provided via global service portfolio in sites / countries / cluster.
  • Follow end user adoption plans provided when introducing new IT services / solutions and oversee and measure adoption activities at sites
  • Realize and coordinate proper service integration locally as well as with local projects and ensure local readiness
  • Delivery of service desk (L1) and onsite services (L2) locally
  • Communicate to key stakeholders in case of issues, gaps, risks
  • Adhere to a service delivery excellence mindset for excellent end user experiences
  • Address business demand by capturing high level technology requirements and ensure technology impact analysis is provided to business
  • Partner with EUX external team members on the ground
  • Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
  • Perform on-site services in relation to Global TIS services such as local data center management, local Asset & Inventory Management & OSS-
  • Services, incident management, life-cycle and deployment of technology in local site (where applicable and agreed between EUX and TIS)

    Minimum requirements

  • Degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • English and other local language if needed
  • 8 years of experience in IT; service delivery and project deployment
