Position Overview :
The EatonLeadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is atwo-year program that involves two assignments in an Eaton facility that eachlast 12 months.
In an effort to maximize your development, each assignment hasthe potential to have you placed in different facilities, different businesses,and / or different functions during the length of your program.
Your assignmentswill give you multiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You willalso have the opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders duringyour assignments.
Aftercompletion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills couldqualify you for roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant or Auditor.
