Sales Training Manager - Latin America / Global Sales Learning Content Manager for Compressed Air Systems and Services
This position is part of the Global Sales Force Development Team within the Compression Technologies and Services Business Unit and has a dual role :
Combining these 2 roles, you will make the link between territory needs and available global sales training by :
Responsibilities : Territory responsibilities :
Facilitation role : According to expertise, deliver face to face and virtual classrooms or engage and support Subject Matter Experts for it.
Manage a territory Training Calendar
Manage communications on training offerings
Ensure new hires are enrolled to relevant on-boarding training programs
Support the use of selling skills material in Sales Fitness Meetings
Coordinate Logistics for face to face and virtual classrooms
Global responsibilities :
There are currently 2 key expertise gaps in the global team : Compressed Air Systems and Selling services. For each of them the role is to :
Identify key learning needs of the global CTS Sales force for this topic
Develop effective learning content together with Subject Matter experts
Support deployment of the learning content in each territory together with the other Sales Training Managers
Experience in Compressed Air Systems sales or in Services sales (directly or in a sales support role) Key Competencies :
Experience in designing, developing and delivering training
Experience in working in international environments
Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish. Any knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese is an asset.
