This position is important to have a sense of priority and responsibility in the attention to the end users. As well as the deal with internal and external suppliers.

Participate in IS and business projects serving as a business partner of IS. Be the first local contact with the user community for the attention of incident and new requirements associated with IS Infrastructure & Mobility issues.

On Site and Remote Support

  • Training of users and monitoring compliance with IT policies, processes and standards.
  • Provide 1st level technical support, as well as follow up on incidents when they are escalated
  • Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues, investigate and propose improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to IT processes
  • Use and administration of Active Directory
  • Management of console and RSA devices.
  • Management of IT assets (Computers, Tokens, Printers, etc.)
  • AV rooms
  • Qualifications & Education

  • Windows support Knowledge (Server, 10)
  • Office 365 Knowledge (Troubleshooting)
  • Problem resolution
  • 24 / 7 technical support
  • Customer Service Mobility support Knowledge (Apple Standards)
  • Mobility support Knowledge (Apple Standards)
  • Power BI Dashboard Development (Desirable)
  • Computer engineering or related systems (Degree)
  • ITIL certification (Desirable)
  • 3 years minimum of service and end user support.
