Lenovo is seeking a Customer Support Representative, Responsibilities includeworking with internal and external customers and resolving situations withmanagement assistance.

Position requires positive attitude,

teamwork and interfacing with key cross functional teams.

The Customer Support Analyst is responsible to support Lenovo customers (LargeEnterprise Direct, Mid-Market, Small / Medium Business, Business Partner,Consumer) in a variety of areas including :

  • order management (order entry processing, returns management, disputes,etc),
  • Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports, customer contact,ship support, and working with execution on build requirements / shipment
  • pricing / contracts monitoring and processing.
  • Position Requirements :

    Ideal candidate will have :

  • Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communicationskills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • SAP Knowledge is a PLUS
  • Must be self driven and can work independently while focused on deliveringset objectives
  • Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-taskquickly and efficiently
  • Prior experience in a Global Company is a plus
  • Preference given to candidates with Bachelors degree
