Objective : Plan, develop, coordinate and implement new projects in Mercedes-Benz PC & Vans dealer network, aiming to contribute to profitability, efficiency and market share providing the best experience to our end customers.
Implement and give follow up to the dealer network strategy ensuring Mercedes-Benz brand standards of excellence aiming to promote a Premium service that provides a great experience in the area of sales or after-sales of dealers.
Support the implementation of the network strategy based on the MS / OND plan considering the necessary quantity and the location of Dealers to distribute sales targets, through studies of coverage and sales potential, aiming at business viability, from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Support the bidding process based on the MS / OND plan on the definition of the operator that will develop the new concessionaire (carry out a complete study on the proposals submitted by the competitors invited to participate in the Dealer Selection Process including on-site analysis of the points / properties submitted by the competitors, geomarketing analysis, evaluation business plan and presentation to the Board for decision making)
Monitor the civil works and development of new dealers, from their foundations to the event of their inauguration, in order to provide all necessary support to the dealer in order to ensure that all brand standards are followed
Support new projects according to our headquarters' strategies and demands, such as promoting a better experience for our customers, optimizing sales and after-sales processes, improving the environment and facilities of the dealers, developing new systems and applications, etc.
Minimum set of Dealership standards requested. C-markets where already Deaership standards are existing. Minimum appearance and fulfilment of MAR2020 principles requested
Termination Process of business partner with MS / OND lead in close alignment with Regional Hub
Education : Higher education - Accounting / Administrative / Economics / Marketing / Engineering.
Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written)
Professional experience : 2 - 3 years in similar position
Additional Qualifications : - BI
MS Office with an advanced focus on Excel, Access and Power Point.
Economy, Automobile Market, Finance, Dealer Network knowledge.
Corporate competences : - Agility
