Job Description Summary

Estamos buscando :

Escolaridad : mínimo requerido Técnico Mecánico, Electromecánico o afín terminada

Inglés básico, (capaz de entender e interpretar textos sencillos).

De 3 a 5 Años en Manejo de PLC y CNC, en la industria automotriz o metalmecánica en el área de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y Conocimientos en Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos control y potencia.

Conocimiento de electrónica. PLC Allen Bradley, robots Fanuc a nivel de diagnóstico, Siemens Control / PLC.

Fuertes conocimientos en mecánica, neumática e hidráulica.

Conocimientos en centros de maquinado.

Responsable, Proactivo, Dinámico, Orientado a objetivos, Trabajo bajo presión, Trabajo en equipo, Sentido de urgencia y alto grado de comunicación.

Disponibilidad para Rolar Turnos, trabajar tiempo extra y fines de semana o días festivos.

Job Description

1. Implement daily production work following detailed standard work chart and standard work instruction

2. Operate machinery and equipment independently and ensure product quality and safety

3. Set up all equipment in work shop, quick change over

4. Ability to maintain programs and modify the parameters with engineer’s permit

Las principales responsabilidades del técnico de mantenimiento están relacionados con las actividades para cumplir con el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y tener cero equipos parados para nuestra planta ubicada en parque industrial FIPASI en Silao, Guanajuato, México.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán :

Cumplir con el programa de mantenimiento preventivo

Mantenimiento correctivo, predictivo, planeado.

Asegurar no haya equipos parados

Reportar tiempo de ejecución en MAXIMO

Cumplir con el indicador de mtbf y mttr :
