Advise on communications strategies in the MesoAndean region ensuring consistency in messaging and branding while appealing to cultural nuances
Provide communications support (internal and external) and counsel to the region
Responsible for the brand management and quality control (guidelines) guarding the correct usage and execution of the communications for the staff
Create internal messages and lead the internal communication strategy that will keep all employees connected and effectively informed
Gestate and implement in local activities all initiatives related to "Digital Communication strategy"
Responsible of the brand positioning across the region
Sustain & monitor a local support strategy for LATAM that will respond efficiently to crisis
Develops and executes all the Summit & Bellow The Line, that will position as a Subject Matter Expert our Top Executives
Create the media strategy, develop and review press releases & press relations in order to promote and position the Company products among the industry and clients
Define, with the Executive team, the local spokespersons developing training and compliance among the communications policies in LATAM
Supports ad-hoc projects assigned by Regional Communications Lead
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor's degree required and / or Master's degree in Communications, PR or Journalism
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, media relations and crises / issues management
Experience with employees and executive communications
Ability to draft pitches with understanding of media relations processes and coordinate across LATAM
Fluency in English and Spanish
Regional experience strongly desired
