Responsibilities :

  • Understand business management processes and drives design of the digital solutions supporting them
  • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business / customer impact.
  • Acts as product owner for a specific process / capability
  • Defines the vision, strategy and prioritization around the product(s) he / she is responsible for
  • Leads end to end the design development, testing and deployment of new / enhanced solutions
  • Coordinates project resources / SMEs towards a successful delivery of the solution (specifications, time, quality).
  • Reports frequently on projects evolution, overcomes roadblocks or proposes alternatives; seeks for guidance and forces decision making as needed;
  • act as the voice of the customer

  • Leads the operational aspects of the solutions and ensures 100% on time delivery and 0% quality / integrity issues
  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    Typically 8-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.

    Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.

  • Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer / partner requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required

  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills (Excel, Databases)
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Business Planning solutions and concepts
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Good project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional and cross-geographical initiatives.
  • Additional skills that will be considered a plus :

  • Experience with Anaplan as a planning solution
  • Business Intelligence background ( PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, databases)
  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
  • LSS certification (green / black belt); experience in applying Lean Six Sigma
  • PMP certification
