SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS DE MEXICO Solicita : QA Mgmt Descripción y Requisitos
The position requires working closely with the plant manager as well as with all employees at all levels of the organization.
This position also works with the corporate quality representatives and customer contacts.
Lead a Team of QA engineers and technicians to ensure effective execution and maintenance of the QMS (quality management system)
Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Drive, review and track QMS execution, improvements and effectiveness
Work with Cross-functional Teams, Corporate and Regional Quality Teams for continuous improvement programs
Lead or support all Customer Audits, 3rd Party Audits, Corporate and Plant level Audits
Track, drive Corrective / Preventive Actions for the closure and verify their effectiveness
Posses an understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics,
interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics
Managerial experience with at least 4 years hands on experience in Quality Management
Degree in Engineering discipline preferred but not required
Solid experience for ISO9001 Corrective Action and Preventive Action Processes
The application of quality tools (6-sigma, FMEA, Control Plan etc.).
