Summary and Scope
The Account Coordinator works in conjunction with the Account and Project Management teams at Rise to fulfill Internet marketing programs for our clients, including web development projects, media campaign launches, analytics implementations, and other digital initiatives.
This individual will need superior attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to review and process data.
They will also work closely with our internal teams to track deliverables and hit deadlines. The Account Coordinator must possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards colleagues.
Update and monitor budget files
Pull financial data and perform reconciliations
Pull reports, perform quality control, and identify any data discrepancies or key changes
Input client data entry
Track client requests and deliverables internally and create a process for the visibility and transparency into the progress of work for the Account and Project Managers
Communicate directly with Account and Project Managers
Support Account Managers in managing the Statement of Works (SOWs) process
Maintain documentation in an organized way
Ensure all work is thoroughly complete, details are confirmed and deadlines are met
3+ years experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce, or other applicable fast-paced client-service environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluency with English communication skills is required along with excellent presentation skills
Self-motivated and results-and detail-oriented
Demonstrated knowledge of Excel
Able to work with limited supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
