The Role :

Roku’s Partner Growth team is responsible for managing content partner relationships, setting a growth strategy, and scaling top partners on the platform.

This will advise this team to help ensure we’re evaluating the partnership as a whole and driving towards mutual success.

This includes avising across the entire life cycle of a partner, from distribution deal, app launch, and on-going efforts to scale a partner’s key metrics.

The Partner Growth team relies on data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and set an overall strategy to accomplish a partner and Roku’s goals.

This role will advise on strategy to grow engagement in LATAM. They will assist in leveraging Roku’s on-platform marketing tools to promote top content partners, increase content consumption, drive platform revenue, and ultimately provide the consumer with an outstanding content offering.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the LATAM content market, a strong analytical background, and the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and clients at a senior level.

Must be passionate about streaming TV.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Support partner relationship manager responsible for the viewership and financial success of top partners on the platform.
  • Advise on driving partner engagement via quarterly business reviews and other Roku-partner activities.

  • Gain a deep knowledge of each partner's business and use data to advise on a growth strategy, benchmarking partner performance and support identifying growth opportunities
  • Support cross-functional members of the Platform International team to advise on a consistent strategy and across multiple initiatives (including Ad Sales, Marketing, Technical, The Roku Channel)
  • Help identify top content partners and develop a holistic on-platform content promotional plan for LATAM
  • Help build an optimized channel partner content line-up to promote the most compelling channels to create the best content narrative for consumers
  • Experiences / Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience delivering results in data-driven strategy, partnerships and / or business development
  • Strong analytical skills including managing to operational KPIs. Previous experience at a top tier investment bank or consulting firm preferred.
  • Understanding of local LATAM streaming & content market plus comprehension of video streaming business models (MVPD, TVE, SVOD, AVOD, TVOD) and the content ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships with a focus on business development is a plus.
  • BA / BS degree.
