Education, Licenses, Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (Human Resources, Tourism, Marketing, Food Services) Experience 2 years or more in a similar position, Knowledge Administration and management of suppliers, compliance with safety, quality and ISO 14001, COS &5 s standards (Desirable), use of electronic tools to generate requisition and purchases orders, deep knowledge on Office Programs(Excel, PowerPoint, Word), a user in Procure to Pay.

Qualifications Costumer service, conflict resolution, teamwork, decision-maker, creativity and innovation, integrity, communication skills, tolerance and easy going.

English Advanced level preferred (Writing and speaking). Job Summary - Management of suppliers andservices related to the operations, utilization, and maintenance of the new HUB building in the engine plant in San Luis Potosi.

  • Management of the cost of services for the necessary operation andgenerate POs for service provided. - Coordinate and take care of the activities and the use that employees and suppliers give to the building in order to avoid misuse of the facilities.
  • Schedule cleanings and special works required for the building. - Generate work orders for the for the maintenance department to repair failures of the building as needed.
  • Be the only contact point for end users. - Generate communications for building users. - Access and control as an administrator to the multimedia room to provide HDMI cables, microphones, and necessary configuration multimedia services.
  • Provide support as a multimedia room administrator back up, toprovide supplies to end users as needed. - Manage the storage room to provide furniture if necessary (tables, chairs).

  • Manage the Air Conditioning portal to adjust the temperatures in each room. - Coordinate the time and presentation of catering services.
  • Provide orientation to visitors. - Coordinate with Onboarding and Training staff to schedule training rooms. - Perform audits to detect and track problems related to infrastructure or facilities.
  • Costumer oriented, teamwork, communication skills, and resiliency - Intermediate knowledge of the office package Scope of position Organize, coordinate and supervise the amenities of the site.
  • Oriented to the cleaning and maintenance tasks. Take care of the spaces in the building and supervise the correct usage of it.

    Enforce Hygiene and Safety regulations to both, suppliers and Cummins personnel.
