It's time for you to Make It at Mondelēz International.Mondelēz International is looking for vacancy : IBS Engagement Lead Position Purpose The principle purpose of the role is the overall accountability for all aspects of Information Business Services (technology and shared services), provided to LA Region.
This role will be accountable for IBS to provide systems and services to enable efficiencies and to assist in achieving the Business Unit growth aspirations while leveraging regional and global IBS strategies, teams and services.
The position will work together with the Regional and Global leaders to strategically identify the needs, facilitate the adoption of new technologies, ensure streamlined operations of all existing IBS platforms and data management solutions, recommend IBS programs and services and develop business cases for the implementation of projects and services.
The role will ensure delivery of key IBS-enabled programs in all functional domains (e.g. Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance) within the markets, which will need to be supported by making IBS processes, projects and functions more agile. Main Responsibilities
IBS Regional Leads work closely with the Region's and BU’s, external / internal partners and functions to ensure current operational and future strategic needs of the business are being met.
The IBS Regional leads will flow to the work of BU and Regional priorities.
S / he will be a single point of contact for Regional's leadership team and have a seat at their leadership table.
S / he will operate on the intersection of Region and IBS, representing interests of Region / BUs in IBS and IBS in Region / BU.
S / he will work across all experience tower and capability teams to ensure best possible experience for their Region with the IBS organization.
S / he will contribute to change management efforts to key strategic projects being deployed in their Region in IBS teams.
S / he will be a strategic thought leader and cutting-edge technology leader with the ability to inspire, educate and lead regional and local business-unit leaders on IBS and digital transformation trends.
Develop customer intimacy’ by deeply understanding the Region market and Business requirements and proactively seek to provide IT and Shared Service solutions, leveraging Mondelez International scale and know how where possible.
Translate the business strategic initiatives in IBS into tangible action plans.
Accountable for the successful implementation of agreed IBS solutions within time, quality and budget with minimal Business disruption, ensuring change management and User adoption.
The Regional lead will also be responsible for Communication / Escalation for critical or systemic operational issues.
15+ years leadership experience in IT and / or business functions ideally in the consumer goods industry.
Experience in working across functions with ability to interact and influence at Executive levels.
Excellent multicultural expertise, including Latin America Region.
Experience with managing complex partnerships involving development projects or programs.
Digital Transformation experience.
Proven experience on Customer and Consumer Journeys.
Experience in Information Security.
Demonstrated excellent team management and leadership skills.
In depth knowledge and experience of SAP (Finance / Controlling, Sales / Distribution, Production, Procurement).
Able to operate as a high-level consultant, partnering with business and functional units in the implementation of technology solutions to complex business issues.
High influencing skills and excellent communications skills with the ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
