Essential Requirements :
Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Pedagogy, etc.
Experience of 2 years working in Manufacturing Plants managing or working for training processes
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to deliver quality work on time
Demonstrated strong English communication
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge on training techniques for DVC employees
Leadership and teamworking
