  • The Customer Service Agent serves consumers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests;
  • maintaining database and providing service parts.

    Responsibilities

  • Assist Consumers on inbound calls with general inquiries, trouble shooting and warranty replacements
  • Input complete and accurate information on Zendesk (Ticketing System)
  • Follow up on customer issues by e mail, phone or chat
  • Provide service parts and follow up delivery
  • Requirements :

  • 6 months of Call Center experience.
  • Advanced English
  • Jr High School or High School Diploma
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • PC use, and various Internet Browsers preferred.
  • Multitask and results oriented
