PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Constantly reduce wastes by leading and implementing Kaizen Workshops
Introduce new products with excellent balancing and lay-out readiness
Maintain excellent control in routings, Square footage usage and health and safety ergonomic workstations.
Owner of the manpower analysis and lay out of the assigned area.
Expert in standard work deployment and detailed follow-up
Perform excellent product line-up analysis and planning to assure a smooth introduction of vehicles to the assembly line
Owner of the assembly matrix and PFMEA documents
Owner of the ergonomics of every workstation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
I ndustrial Engineering Degree
Experience 4 years or more
Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both oral and written;
Robust processes to Control of PFMEA’s
Problem Solving Techniques and ISO knowledge
Excellent use of Autocad software
