For over thirty years, International Studies Abroad (ISA) (a division of WorldStrides) has provided college students in the United States and Canada the opportunity to explore the world.
ISA offers a wide variety of education abroad programs at accredited schools and universities in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, England, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Peru, Scotland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, the Netherlands and Vietnam.
The Enrollment Associate (EA) will join a team that works towards the acceptance into and retention of pending students in ISA programs.
This is done by outbound and inbound communication (phone, email, text) with existing enrolled students in our system.
Primary objectives of the EA are to accomplish regularly scheduled calls and email communications with students in pending status.
Accomplishing this goal will aid in the conversion of these students to accepted.
Contact students in Pending Status via phone, occasional email, text, etc.
Document all student contact in GRS (ISA’s internal Customer Relationship Marketing software)
Advise Pending Students on completing their application with ISA
When needed, utilizing our phone system to pass calls to the most appropriate contact within ISA
Carry out administrative tasks assigned by the Enrollment Associate Manager
Engage with students and encourage application completion, able to direct to further information
Adjust sales script to meet specific targets as directed by Enrollment Associate Manager
Update call logs regularly
Assume additional responsibilities as requested
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Customer service experience
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge of working in and using Excel
2-3 years experience in Customer Service and / or Marketing
Relevant experience living, traveling and / or studying in the U.S.
Strong understanding of the U.S. college / university system
