Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Associate Representative-Customer Service.SCM.General. to join our team.
This position is based at our Vallejo’s Office.The Associate Representative-Customer Service.SCM.General. is responsible for performs emergency and preventative maintenance and installation on a 24 / 7 on-
call basis with regional responsibility. Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, and repair of Company product(s).
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
Works on assignments that are complex routine in nature when considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Provides field service engineering and technical assistance for customers in the areas of installation, start up, maintenance, repair and modification.

Some activities related with the position will be : - Master / Expert for strategic services / Trainer. 05 to 10 years of UPS servicing experience.
Incumbent demonstrates an awareness of customer needs, preferences, and time and financial constraints. - Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation.
in good working condition and maintain sufficient spare parts to respond to standard calls. - Follow in strictly manner all safety requirements to accomplish its duties.
QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications : - Bachelor Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering / equivalent technical training -
10 to 15 years of UPS servicing experience. - Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required (90%).
Attentive to details, and focus on customer satisfaction - Working knowledge of test equipment and diagnostic instruments -
