Job Description We are seeking a Procurement professional with a strong background in PMO and process improvement to help drive maturity in our procurement organization.
You will create and implement global mechanisms to support procurement advancements in the areas of people, processes and tools throughout the global procurement organization.

Core Responsibilities Understand trends in procurement organizations, across categories and geographic scope identifying key opportunities for Kraft-Heinz Innovate within the procurement space, automating and / or improving tools or processes to better support the Procurement Lifecycle Collaborate globally both within Procurement and cross functionally to ensure alignment on key programs, enabling successful implementation Lead the change management process in the implementation of new programs designed Develop functional programs in talent development and acquisition for the global procurement population Develop and maintain KHC Procurement’s best practice / knowledge sharing platform, using multiple modes of engagement with employees Design and execute the function’s communication and branding strategy, both internally and externally Manage a team of highly engaged Procurement Capabilities and Compliance Managers that work on several different programs Qualifications Hard Skills Education : Master’s degree by education and / or experience Work Experience : You have 8+ years of experience in (procurement or supply chain) business roles or worked in strategy / procurement consulting roles and have a good understanding of Procurement transformation processes.
Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Procurement experience Knowledge : Understanding of different industries, businesses, especially FMCG Understanding of Procurement transformation programs Strong commercial knowledge and knowledge of related processes, tools and competences Program and project management Team management skills Proven ability to deep dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges Knowledge on continuous improvement programs Large international experience, working with and in different cultures Language Knowledge : You work in a multinational team in which English is the business language.
