About this opportunity

As a Territory Manager DSO you will be responsible for drive growth through direct selling efforts within large, national Dental / Ortho Service Organizations by creating strategic dialogue with high level influencers within targeted accounts and positioning Align as a complete, innovative solution for their Orthodontic and Digital Impression needs.

Acting as a Business partner you will continually understand business needs and maintai n a positive customer experience by ensuring the right procedures and sales goals.

In this role, you will

  • Meets or exceeds organizational key performance indicators, sales targets and quotas for assigned accounts; monitors account performance and redirects efforts when goals are not being met;
  • champions change efforts to increase sales effectiveness;
  • Proactively manage a territory, understanding account capabilities and continually asses s to identify gaps and provide training, technical resources, and support to ensure they are well-equipped to treat patients with appropriate Align solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Plan and execute sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth.
  • Builds High-Level Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Excels at building customer loyalty and multiple relationships within of key functional areas in customer organizations such as Operational and Customer’s sales team.
  • Puts a high priority on both customer and Company interests when making decisions; leads by example and responds quickly and competently to customer issues;
  • continually searches for ways to improve competitive advantage.

    Demonstrates Ownership / Collaborates With Others

  • Works closely with DSO Manager to develop improvements and sharing insights to improve customer growth and experience.
  • Provides compelling rationale for ideas; works toward win / win solutions whenever possible.
  • Input the correct information and usage of SalesForce.com
  • In this role, you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
  • Willing to learn orthodontic and clinical knowledge.
  • Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Can balance strong ability to nurture accounts with desire to seek out opportunities.
  • Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
  • Ability and comfort having business discussion (ROI, margins, marketing) and asking the right business questions.
  • Experienced in creating action plans
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight, 3 0% - 4 0% of the time.
  • Budget Management Education
  • Preferable Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • English skills is desirable.
