Eaton’s Industries division is currently seeking a HR Supervisorto join our team. This position is based at ourReynosa s facility.
The HR Supervisor is responsible for Directlyassists HR Manager in developing, implementing and administering HR policies,programs and initiatives to support plant’s business objectives.
Incumbent supports management and employeesin areas of recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee’s services,compensation surveys, data and metrics reporting, and employee relations forcontinuous improvement performance behaving according to Eaton’s Ethics andValues, company’s policies and Mexican labor laws and regulations.

Some activities related with the position willbe :
Provides service with positive and proactiveattitude to all departments in relation to employee needs to contribute achievemanufacturing objectives.
Selects and hires personnel according torequirements of skills, time and shift availability that departmentsrequire.
Ensures that hired employees comply with thelegal identification requirements and that they have been approved by themedical department
Maintains employee’s files with legalrequirements such as birth certificate, school certificates, employmentcontract, IMSS assuring confidentiality of the information is maintained at alltimes.
Prepares and sends all the appropriate reportsto the IMSS within the time limits established.
Prepares and reviews department information andreports such as headcount, absenteeism and terminations in an accurate, preciseand timely manner.
Leads the Community, Diversity and InclusionTeam (CDIT) at the plant. Leads the Communication sub-category for the OpAcriteria and co-champions EBE Category 1.
Coordinates sports and social plantactivities.
Coordinates and ensures monthly programs andplant activities, such as rewards and recognitions, anniversaries, monthlymeetings, roundtables, etc.
are carried out on timely manner.
Maintains and updates employee’s pertinentinformation in HRMS and local system. Audits information in both systemsregularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensures time and attendance information forpayroll is processed with accurate information
Attends training courses assigned by HumanResources Department
Performs activities according to the Qualityand Environmental policies established by the business
Applies the safety and environment principlesand methodology to prevent accidents
Actively participates in CI activities, HROR,EBS, EBE, OpA, MESH, Employee Survey and other Eaton’s initiatives andprocesses as well as TS16949 and ISO14001

Required(Basic) Qualifications :
Business Psychology, Employee relations,Engineering or Accountant Degree or similar
4 years of experience in HR area at amanufacturing industry
Professional presence, friendly and customerservice attitude
Ability to interview and good personnelselection
Extensive knowledge of basic computationalprograms
