Your Impact The Bids & Tenders Specialist will manage tenders and quotes throughout the LATAM region. This includes leading pre-tender monitoring activities, requirement assessment and liaising with Legal, Tax / Financial, Compliance / Process and Procurement teams to gather required documentation to participate, work with Sales to develop pricing strategy, submit tenders and lead post-tender monitoring.

The Bids & Tenders Specialist will cooperate with Commercial and Finance department on Price Governance this includes managing approvals for Special Price Requests (SPR) as well as contract compliance.

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies :

  • Bids and Tender Tracking, Proposals, and Price reporting.
  • Independently driving the development of tender responses in close cooperation with the Commercial and Finance departments.
  • Ensure on-time approval of economic and technical proposals.
  • Manage all relevant administrative documents.
  • Manage direct contact to customers to clarify tender-related questions
  • Management and continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes.
  • Work with CRM (Salesforce.com) system to manage quotes and capture customer-related actions
  • Ensure accurate update of systems and data bases
  • Our Needs Here’s what we’ll need from you :

  • BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tenders in the medical device industry
  • Strong experience with commercial departments (Sales, Marketing and Finance)
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, especially Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, Portuguese is a plus
