up to the responses to customer complaints (PPAS) Documenting the changes and records required by the customer Coordinating the internal programs of support to the customer Coordinating customer visits Coordinate the housekeeping program Coordinate the verification stations program Conduct internal audits related with the customer requirements Fulfill the procedures and instructions of the quality and environmental standards (those applicable) All those activities generated due to changes, necessity and / or improvement in the process of the area.
