We are currently seeking a Problem Manager to join our team in Toluca, Mxico (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). Advanced English to communicate with teams in UK, USA, FRA, etc.
Understanding of ITIL Processes 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent Analytical, oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with all types of teams and levels of expertise Able to direct small group discussion with technical teams to drive out technical solutions (good problem solving / questioning technique) Able to translate technical terms to business terms in writing and speaking Able to pose questioning techniques to obtain clear, concise answers to complex issues (by breaking down logic and questioning, probing to get details as needed) Strong dedication to meeting tight timeframes on critical deliverables Ability to set and meet deadlines for completion of RCA (within SLA, KPI etc.
Internal drive for oneself and others to set goals for assignment, checkpoint and completion to ensure on-time delivery Knowledge of ITIL Tools Ability to create and document processes ITIL Certifications desired.
