General Description Executes allocates and gives proper follow up to all Member Services department programs projects and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club Acts as the Club s Host and intermediate to its membership and the property departments to get immediate solutions This position will act as liaison among members and The Club Role and Responsibilities Is responsible for the Club s Concierge office Coordinates all the Members pre arrivals requests like transportation arrangements activities internal and external dining reservations and any other special request from the Club Members Will ensure to greet guests upon their arrival to The Club Direct Members to any section of The Club they may need to access like the restroom SPA Pool etc Will move around the Club to make sure all members are well taken care of and to see to the enjoyment and satisfaction of Members Will ensure all members are having a great time The Club Concierge is the very first person that guests will see when entering The Club therefore should be fully aware of her his role and play same to perfection Helps the Member Services team to maintain and update the club s database of member s preferences such as birthdays anniversaries food allergies family information based on the Members provided information Follow up on all the emails sent by the Club Members in house and will make sure to finalize the different Member s requests Coordinates follows up and finalize all operational tasks and Members requests throughout the programs Alice and Club Essentials Coordinates the reservations of all the internal Club Activities as well as the Outlets reservations and activities Ensures that established procedures maximize the member s experience at Maravilla Los Cabos Effectively responds to member comments in accordance with club standards policies and rules uses ideas feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all member information Provides the necessary information to all Members to inform them about the different external activities as well as restaurants options vendors and local events of interest Updates the different information from the local vendors like Golf Courses Restaurants Water Activities Land Activities etc to maintain and provide the most accurate information to all Members Qualifications and Education Requirements 3 years of work experience in the hospitality industry Two years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines technologies processes related to the position Ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment Must be proficient in oral and written English Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Solid knowledge and experience in administration processes Should work with a positive attitude and handle things as if she he owns the club Proper uniform use is expected and also to be jovial and highly interactive Preferred Skills Possess excellent skill in customer service Ability to maintain friendly and clean demeanor irrespective of the situation Possess professional ethics to enable easy dealing with unruly or impatient members Ability to respond quickly and intelligently to requests or questions from clients Possess excellent decision making skills Ability to work under stressful condition Possess excellent organization skill Confident Ability to participate in group meetings Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks Able to communicate effectively by both verbal and written means Team player works well with others and enjoy being part of the team Self starter proactive Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to analyze and understand business practices identify inefficiencies and implements corrective actions and new SOP s Standard Operating Procedures Ability to work with all levels of management in order to identify and resolve issues
