Responsibilities Ensure employee records in core HR systems are kept current. Perform routine checks, validation and audits to ensure the integrity of the data in the systems is 100 PERCENT compliant and accurate based on what has been provided and / or submitted through system workflows.
Maintain data in HRIS systems ensuring information is available on a timely basis by performing group data updates (mass-loading), exports, imports, clean-ups, and research / report on any data discrepancies.
Monitor for data integrity to flow to downstream systems; research issues for root cause and engage the necessary resources to resolve.
Participate in identification and implementation of process improvements to ensure accurate employee data is maintained in the HR systems and personnel files according to state and federal laws and company records retention guidelines.
Identify and recommend process / customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and / or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
Create / update / maintain documentation requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function. Help support data quality initiatives by maintaining data integrity in systems using queries, reports, dashboards and data analysis.
Perform activities supporting special projects (project deployments, kaizen activities) Lead regression testing activities for HR platform enhancements, upgrades, or deployments.
Support and manage role-based assignment requests and modifications for region. Supports the development and execution of regional governance and operational processes.
Requires the ability to manage transactions of confidential information and problem solve to make applicable decisions. Documentation, participation, monitoring and meeting of metrics and service level agreements Active participation in regularly scheduled meetings pertaining to assigned initiatives, deliverables, projects, etc.
As necessary, any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization. Minimum Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, HRIS / IT operations environment.
Experience with Workday (HCM, Talent / Performance Management, Recruiting, Security, Time Tracking / Absence, Benefits, and Report Writer) required Experience with PeopleSoft desirable Experience with SAP desirable HRSM (ServiceNow) Ticket Management processes Strong understanding of application data structure concepts.
Ability to think critically about a problem and provide solutions. Computer Skills Strong background in HCM systems, reporting / analytics tools and / or collaborative technology products (such as SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, etc.) required.
