Descripción y Requisitos
a) Overseethe proper execution of defined Quality Plans for each industry andconsequently each customer.
b) Assurethat all product development phases requirements are met, prior to movingforward to the next phase (based on APQP or defined product Quality Plan).
c) Assurethat all CFT requirements are fully supported and met for each customeraccount.
d)Coordinate QA Engineers for proper support and response to all customerescalations to full closure via 8D or PDCA method.
e) Assurethat all RMA's induced by customer complaints and within warranty are handledthrough the proper channels (RMA Team).
f)Participate as immediate internal / external point of escalation for QA relatedactivities
g) Lead anddrive the accomplishment and enforcing the procedures and requirementsapplicable for Health, Security and Environment established by the Authorityand Management
