Innovative Systems (ISI Latin America), is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented business to business Sales Executive to sell Innovative’s industry leading software solutions and services to enterprise clients throughout Brazil and Latin America.

Location : Mexico City, is the base of operations, but residence in other parts of Latin America may be considered.


  • Drive sales of new accounts using solution selling strategies.
  • Proactively build and grow relationships with strategic partners.
  • Partner with the Account Management team in up sell opportunities of existing accounts
  • Establish regular, ongoing routine of cold calling to build and maintain client pipeline.
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries (direct customer and marketing generated) to maintain an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
  • Leverage market research to determine client needs and to create a winning sales strategy.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness and knowledge of industry, government, and regulatory trends, as well as relevant technical developments.
  • Maintain consistent competency of ISI’s product offerings and updates.
  • Maintain continuous communication with management regarding opportunities, challenges, industry and competitor news, and overall account status.
  • Develop and deliver effective and professional sales presentations.
  • Proactively seek management / team assistance throughout the sales cycle to meet customer needs and drive high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Work cooperatively with other ISI teams including support, delivery, and product development
  • Utilize sales tools effectively ( to manage leads, activities, client pipeline, and proposals through to contracts.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner.
  • Facilitate contractual negotiations and closure with clients.
  • Maintain integrity in dealing with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
  • Support ISI’s vision, methodologies, and strategies to achieve sales quota.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with English and Brazilian Portuguese a must! Spanish is highly desired.
  • Prior tele-sales or direct business to business (B2B) solutions selling experience of software or related technologies.
  • Proven experience in consistently / exceeding targets
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-through.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and define solutions that meet the client’s needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator (writing and oral).
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, with a strong work ethic and high level of pride in your work; willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proven effective team player / collaborator.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

  • Knowledge of data / data management concepts.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data quality, integration, business Intelligence (BI), or similar technologies.
  • Fluency in other languages.
