At least 5 years of Technology / online industry experience or team management experience, with strategy consulting experience.
At least 3 years proven experience in managerial skills (managing people teams).
MBA degree / Fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge of online products and market dynamics; understanding of PayPal’s strategic and competitive position
Large scale project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and / or multiple projects at one time in very fast-moving environment.
Ability to provide direction and prioritize team goals and workload.
Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Demonstrated analytical skills;
ability to develop strategy, business plans, customer and market insights, analyze campaign effectiveness / ROI.
