As we continue our growth path, we’re adding a Senior Account Executive to our team.

You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives i nto a territory consisting of calling on the largest companies in Mexico.

Your charter is to penetrate new accounts as well as expand with the field service management solutions at existing accounts.

You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.

The Account Executive Manager is responsible for positioning the solutions in a differentiated manner by articulating our value, generating compelling business cases, and working closely internally and with the customer to find the best solution for the customers' needs.

The Executive will be working hand in hand with sales directors and will engage named accounts as well as assist channel partners in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities :

We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our Latin America customer base. Responsibilities include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets , as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives for companies across the region.

Additional efforts include :

  • Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
  • Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
  • Thoroughly assess the customer’s needs and present an appropriate solution, utilizing necessary resources where appropriate
  • CXO presentations
  • Provide regular activity updates
  • Maintain a thorough on-going knowledge of the solution portfolio, as well as industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with the LATAM region and other functions
  • Ability to Travel within the territory as needed.
  • Required Skills :

  • Successfully sold into Commercial and / or Enterprise companies in Mexico .
  • A minimum of 5 (+) years’ demonstrated experience in enterprise software or SaaS offerings
  • Knowledge of workforce management, field service management, or CRM solutions in our Mexican territory
  • A proven track record of driving and closing deals in Mexico .
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
