As an Interactive Producer for the Zoo, you use Google platforms like YouTube, Mobile and Display to deliver advertising programs in a big way.

You are responsible for everything from concept to production. Making use of your outstanding communication, organizational and project-management skills, you work closely with vendors, clients, partners, and other internal teams.

Whether leading the design of a new prototype for a pitch or making use of new technology for a YouTube live stream, this role requires a passion for creative innovation.

With so many pieces in motion, it's essential that you have the ability to manage multiple complex projects with hard deadlines and material risks.

As the Measurement Lead, you will be part of a team that helps to turn YouTube into the most effective platform in a brand’s marketing arsenal through creative support, data analysis and video edits.

You will help visualize the effectiveness of improved video ads to produce the best results for YouTube.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Educate internal teams and production / creative agencies from customers, on best practices of video optimization.
  • Demonstrate optimal customer results (through measurement) in key metrics : CTR, CPV, CPC, Retention and Search Lift. Create excellent dashboards on an ongoing basis to visualize impact for management.
  • Be a product expert on related tools.
  • Help improve creative effectiveness of video ads to accelerate YouTube growth.
  • Be a collaborative partner to cross-functional disciplines : Strategy, Creative / Creative Tech, Business Partners, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of combined experience in advertising / marketing, brand management, and / or advertising sales, including experience in digital media and platforms.
  • 5 years of product or measurement experience, with experience in the advertising business.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Master's degree or PhD or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certifications on Google products, formats and solutions (e.g., YouTube Analytics).
  • Experience leading short form video programs.
  • Experience in product management, product solutions, sales, strategy, creativity, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise on digital video ads solutions for Branding and Performance.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
