Objective :
A master scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all time lines related to the supply chain (i.e., all departments and processes involved in the manufacturing of goods such as procurement, sourcing and production) are adhered to and proceed in an efficient manner.
Main activities :
Elaborate the Planning and Scheduling of the production based on the Demand of the customers (Forecast & Firm).
Support on the scheduling of the shipments to deliver finish goods to the customers on time.
Direct contact with the Customers in order to receive, analyze and schedule their demand. Monitor manufacturing capacity in order to align resources to customers’ demand
Prepare monthly finance forecast (earned hours, sales)
Assure sales plan execution
Assure production scheduling is aligned to customer requested dates, identify restrictions and give visibility to MFG, SA and material planning.
Prepare demand vs capacity assessment and present it to staff.
Make the production schedules by production line, according to the demand and due dates keeping the production lines balanced.
Review the demand, inventory and demand from the customers keeping their inventories according to the target set by them.
Daily, on the production meetings, communicates the performance of the production lines against the schedule to all the departments involved.
Prepare finance forecast in terms of earned hours and sales.
Experience / Skills :
Bachelor Degree
1 to 2 years in same position.
Excel Advanced Knowledge
ERP Management (Oracle or SAP)
Fluid in English Level
