The engineer will analyze claims using standard Quality tracking methods, such as trend, Paynter and Pareto charts in order to ensure action plans for warranty reduction are in place.
They will follow up to ensure actions are implemented on time as well as confirm effectiveness of those actions. They will conduct meaningful data analysis and use database to track claims and returned parts.
They will analyze claims to dispute any that are not Visteon responsibility. They will interact with the customer in English in order to explain warranty trends and actions.
