Up (VSU) Team Leader Position Purpose Lead the planning and implementation of start-up activities to achieve the project’s criteria and vertical start-
up glide paths on schedule at budget and provide coordination with other key project elements / interfaces. Major Challenge Create VSU & Lean Project Management Culture within the team.
Engage crossfunctions for the start-up activities. Main Responsibilities Qualification on I2M / IIM- It is a pre-requisite that all Project Leads and VSU Leads be qualified on I2M & IIM.

up plan.- Team Charter developed and team communication in place.Start-Up Implementation Strategy- Identify start-up implementation strategy, obtain approval and begin to develop startupplans.

Measures and Results Reporting- Ensure that Planning and Implementation Measures and Results reporting isdeveloped and used.
Relationships (Internal / External, Type of interactions) - Lead Vertical Start-Up Team on the delivery of successful CQV / TT&T.
Coordinate activities with RDQ, Engineering, Planning and other relevant cross-functions.- Create benchmark platforms with CBA plant.
Academic Knowledge - Qualified on the I2M / IIM Process Working Knowledge - Clearly understands the Commercial Business he or she will support.
Is fluent both in local business language of the plant and in English.- Exhibits the following Lominger Competencies :
