We are looking for people with 4+ years’ experience of ABAP / HANA system landscape operations and optimizations to work shifts within a Technical Service Management team, acting as a third level for standard operations.
In this role you will provide level three support in case of major incidents to support the fast restore of services. The Technical Service Management team optimize the current landscape setup, drive standardization and automation and bridge between operations and CLM development.
You will also analyze the current landscape and come up with proposals for improvement and support delivery reams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion.
You should have the ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations and process improvements, drawing on your very good knowledge of the ABAP stack, non-ABAP stacks or TMS.
The ability to work under pressure and add-value to customers is essential, whilst working in international and virtual teams.
About the Team
One of the world’s biggest food companies has setup a transformation program and a cornerstone of this transformation is to consume the entire SAP landscape as SaaS provided by SAP.
This exciting journey has created a number of roles within Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) to operate the entire customer’s SAP landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems (e.
g. 2x24TB ERP scale-out). This new team will work on building the services according to customer’s needs and bring those services into daily operations as well as work on continuous improvement and automation of those services.
