The purpose of this role is to develop our e-commerce strategy, focusing on brand building through distinctiveness and Brand visibility.

The specialist will be the focal point for our e-commerce clients, delivering the business metrics and client performance.

Also, will collaborate with marketing, trade and sales teams to work towards promotional, innovation and merchandise sales targets and connect the pet owner journey in a digital atmosphere.

This individual is also tasked with identifying and implementing new technologies to support omnichannel marketing, data analysis, and sales opportunities.

What are we looking for? Degree in Communication, Administration, Marketing or similar. Additional technical education in digital / e-commerce topics is valuable.

1-2 years of professional eCommerce experience needed. Sales account management experience or field sales. Passionate about technology & digital trends.

Knowledge or CRM models and techniques Communication skills Portuguese and English is required Google AdWords Certified / Moz SEO Certified would be a nice to have.

  • Job is based in Sao Paulo, some business travel may be requiredWhat would be your key responsibilities? Define, implement and measure together with the Key Account manager an e-commerce long-term strategy plan, aligned with RC strategy and focus ranges, in order to promote the channel, ensure brand visibility and drive sales Develop e-commerce channel, according to the company strategy;
  • Support and deploy category development plans and initiatives in e-commerce customers Define strategic actions with e-commerce clients to increase Super Premium category;
  • Supervise content update and maintenance to optimize user experience; Improve digital product content to boost customer experience and drive sales;
  • Responsible for planning and managing the Key Account e-commerce budget; Analyze sales data regularly, finding opportunities and risks and propose actions plans to enhance client’s performance;
  • Support the digital perfect store execution with Trade Marketing team; Be an active member in cultivating collaboration and best practice sharing within the Royal Canin regional and global e-commerce / digital community;
