    in, validation and final approval as an Addendum to the main Service Agreement* Work with the PMO on the Functional Specifications Document (FSD) with a description of the product functionality, developments, processes, implementation plan, project timelines and both-

    sides SLA's* Assist the PMO, UX & Software Development Teams on the Technical Specification Document (TSD) with Product wireframes and technical details on developments, configurations, sources of data, integrations, etc* Be the main Point of Contact (POC) for our Channel Partner's senior stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Biz Dev, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT Managers, Directors and C-

    Level executives* Manage the Client Partner Enablement process to help in the onboarding and adoption phase of the solution* Manage and maintain a healthy on-

    going relationship with our Client Partners to identify future needs and to work on a continuous innovation product roadmap

    Bachelor Degree + MBA. 5+ years of experience in similar roles is a must. IT Consulting previous experience from top firms highly valued.

    Knowledge of : Design Thinking / UX / CX approach to product innovation, Lean / Scrum / Agile methodologies for project management desired, Business Process Management (BPM) and Automation (BPA).

    Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption. Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.

    Good communication skills (both oral and written) and professional English skills required. Diplomacy, tact, empathy and assertiveness when interacting with Client Partners required.

    Digital Technologies (cloud, mobile, ecommerce, social, big data & analytics) knowledge. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
