Role Purpose

We are looking for a candidate, who is passionate about Customer Experience and can drive engagement within our Europe team.

The role will improve productivity through the convergence of developing people, technology, and workplace, thus creating an exceptional employee experience :

  • Drive success, engagement and continuation of culture change in the Facilities Management Team
  • Ensure continuous improvement across the region via rigorous deployment of initiatives to foster a more personal and enhanced level of service at every touch point
  • Be the trusted face of HX / EX / Hospitality to regional client and JLL team members
  • Be the integrator for all HX / EX / facility / functional initiatives for the client
  • End-to-end accountability to improve Annual Survey feedback over time
  • Coaching and mentoring for the FM organization
  • Sustainable quality of site leadership and service delivery across the region
  • What this job involves

  • Lead deployment of Employee Experience / Human experience initiatives in the region
  • Active participation as Human Experience champion for Europe in global HX team to embrace and lead deployment of global program in region
  • Works closely with global HX Lead to understand the goals, objectives and focus areas for Human / Employee Experience Services on the account and propose plan on how to better deploy, implement and reach adoption to meet and fit Europe needs.
  • Work with site teams to ensure sustainable adoption of account’s culture of Exceptional Experience (included but not limited culture cards, One Team huddle up, HX profile in job descriptions, journey maps, HX metrics and expectations on service providers, etc.)
  • Own the ongoing EX toolkit deployment for the region (i.e. Nametags, FM Pop-Ups, Floor Ambassadors, Calling Cards, etc.)
  • Own Customer Experience Training programs delivery, ensuring regional targets are met with completion
  • Gather Europe Site Teams’ input and feedback about initiatives, consolidate themes and advocate for their incorporation in HX programs.
  • Play an ambassador role for customer facing resources towards the central team, to ensure viability and sustainability of initiatives in the local environments.

  • Identify improvement opportunities throughout the business
  • Produce proposals for change and align with our client
  • Develop programs to realize change, including communications, training, launch plans, JLL actions, reporting of results, etc.
  • Run several high-impact programs simultaneously, leveraging a network of site and functional contacts
  • Connect the account with initiatives from other parts of the business, the industry and beyond
