Job Overview :
The Talent Management Assistant supports and coordinates all staffing and talent management activities in the Americas. In this role you will work with Talent Managers to accurately record and track details for all projects and staffing assignments.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and facilitate consultant project staffing by working with respective Talent Managers to capture accurate data in staffing system, collect consultant information and generate weekly reports as needed.
Support annual performance management processes by ensuring data is up to date and sending weekly reports to Talent Managers and Partners.
Assist with on boarding and exit process for consultants.
Provide support for consultant Time sheets.
Support Practice Group Talent Managers on special projects as needed.
Experience Required :
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years’ experience working in a Human Resources role, or related function (recruiting, career services, resourcing, etc.)
Proficient with data analysis and reporting
Excellent Word skills, good Excel and PowerPoint skills
ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED
