Job Responsibilities :

Sell PayPal’s payment processing services and manage the full sales lifecycle to onboard large eCommerce merchants.

Manage client relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales setup and integration. Continuously search for new leads and pitch new clients to secure incremental revenue by acquiring new businesses.

Create and / or review sales reports and forecasts, and ongoing status reports from prospects and clients.

Manage relationships through any necessary integration phase along with the technical integration and marketing manager until PayPal is live-to-site (LTS).

Work cross-functionally with teams like finance, legal, compliance and professional services to complete the onboarding process successfully.

Conduct business analytics to support each opportunity and monitor performance data.

Ability to set expectations and manage stakeholder relationships successfully.

Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends, general vertical and specific merchant’s performance.

Requirements

3+ years sales experience in LATAM with an internet, payments, software, or B2B company

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding analytical and execution skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels

Thrives in an environment of continuous change and complexity- can drive quality insights and deliver high impact projects

Can do attitude, team player, energetic personality, works well under pressure

Fluent in English and Spanish
