In this Operations Manager role : - You’ll manage multiple areas with multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders every day- You’ll set the direction for your team, providing guidance toward continuous improvement- You’ll support your team’s development through the endless learning opportunities DHL Supply Chain offers- You won’t be micro-managed by your General Manager but you will be held accountable- You’ll learn, grow, and become the type of manager you’d like to work for- You’ll love it.

RequisitosYou won’t find another Operations Manager job like the one you’ll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here’s what we need from you : - Availability to live in Puebla.

  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience as a leader in Warehouse & KPIs Management. (WMS & OMS are desirable)- Bachelor degree in related areas to Logistics.
  • High and fluent English Level- Leadership, negotiation, communication & analysis skills, customer oriented, focused on results and planning.
  • Responsabilidades- Guarantee the continuity of operations through compliance with the different specific KPIs for this purpose;
  • maintaining close contact with our client, promoting at all times improvements in operations and service, reducing costs and optimizing current means.

  • Response to operational problems typical of the area.- Planning and implementation of Improvement Plans.- Coordination and correct communication to achieve a smooth operation.
  • Billing and payments.- Analyze and comply with customer requirements (service sold).
