As Global ERP Technology Service Delivery Leader for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for managing the Global ERP Technology Service Delivery portfolio which will include Environment Management, SAP Databases, SAP Basis, Batch, Archiving, Development, Output Management Solutions across multiple ERP systems for DuPont businesses.
This position will be accountable for managing Incidents , Enhancements, Operational Excellence & Transformation Initiatives, Digital Service Delivery and Audits.
The supported application portfolio includes 400+ SAP systems.
Responsible for integrated incident and problem management. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio
Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance
Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)
Responsible for information security and compliance &for driving continuous improvements and innovation
Provides technical guidance to ERP Technology team on establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for systems configuration, design and implementation and performance monitoring as required.
Designs and develops SAP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
Ensure all Enhancements, projects (SAP based and interfacing) systems are installed and operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment.
This includes working with the hosting, infrastructure, functional and application vendors on configuration and maintenance of network, high availability and disaster recover solutions.
Liaise with the functional SAP experts and business teams in order to assist with the ongoing functional support of SAP and interfacing systems.
Build annual maintenance calendars for SAP systems, planning and execution of maintenance, stakeholder communication plans for maintenance
Skills, Education and Experience :
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis tasks such as designing and implementing landscape and infrastructure, client strategy, capacity planning (sizing), high-availability and disaster-recovery setup, backup and recovery strategy, storage systems, SAP upgrades, OS / DB migration, System refresh & client copies and Basis administration.
Experienced in SAP implementation, upgrades and migrations to Suite on HANA, BW on HANA, and cloud integration, cloud migrations.
High Availability (HA) / Disaster Recovery (DR) technologies including design and implementation of Geographically Dispersed HA / DR
Good knowledge of SAP supported virtualized environments such as VMWare and Hyper-V as well as Public Cloud IaaS offerings such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure.
Detailed knowledge of supported SAP operating systems including Linux, Windows and AIX
Expert knowledge of performance tuning at the server, database, and application levels. Expert knowledge in Backup design and support.
Good experience with database design, administration and maintenance in distributed environment
Desired SAP Certifications in SAP S / 4 HANA, HANA, OS / DB Migration.
Full cycle implementations of SAP modules. Experience on implementation / support of Finance is desirable.
Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles
Bachelor of Computer Science / Engineering.
